The success of a MaaS (Mobility as a Service) solution relies on the seamless integration of various links within the mobility chain. Think of it as connecting the dots between bike sharing, car sharing, scooters, trains, trams, and taxis. To enable customized, door-to-door travel based on passenger preferences and to enhance the overall mobility system, these links must be combined effectively.

Currently, Nazza offers a fully digital service platform for the sale, delivery, and settlement of mobility services. In addition, Nazza enables mobility providers to share assets like bicycles, e-bikes, and cars.

Thanks to the expansion of Nazza's partner ecosystem and continuous platform development, we can now deliver on a third level: flexible subscription services for businesses. Nazza serves as an independent wholesaler to large providers, such as telecommunications companies, retailers, and insurance firms, who sell these services through customized subscriptions to their end customers (B2B, B2C).

Nazza Operates on Three Levels Within the Mobility Chain

  1. Service Platform for Mobility Providers
    Nazza provides software, including mobile apps, that allow users to manage their travel quickly and easily. This software is offered to mobility providers to enable automated and seamless services for planning, booking, usage, settlement, and payment of mobility services.
  2. Making Assets Shareable
    We equip objects such as e-bikes and e-scooters with smart electronic locks and track-and-trace hardware, connecting them to the Internet (Internet of Things). Users can easily locate, unlock, and use these mobility assets through the mobile app.
  3. Flexible Subscriptions for Businesses
    Building on these services for mobility providers, Nazza is uniquely positioned to offer flexible subscriptions for large companies, catering to their employees and customers. We operate independently, promoting the use of sustainable mobility.

Example: Telecommunications Providers

Telecommunications providers have large customer bases and are constantly seeking scalable services to strengthen their market position. They have the brand experience and sales expertise to reach customers effectively. 

Offering mobility services as part of a customized subscription is a natural extension of existing phone plans. With an app provided by the telecom company, customers can manage both mobile travel and phone usage seamlessly. This approach makes it highly attractive for telecom providers to add mobility services to their portfolio. The development and execution of these services are fully outsourced to Nazza as a "white label" solution.
